Plus Ca Change, Plus C'est La Même Chose!

Ever since new government has been formed in UP, I have been wondering what change it will bring to the life of ordinary people in UP..? I always wonder whether change in government results in an improvement in situation?  There is a French proverb plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose- the more things change, the more they stay the same. I don’t think the life of ordinary people will see any change in UP.
There is no denial to the fact that it will bring some technical progress, but then the question is whether technical progress gets anywhere in the sense of increasing the delight and happiness of life.
Moreover, isn’t it in a bid to solve one problem, technology creates thousands new problems…..?

  1. A new party coming to power is not the result of the fact that the new party has outperformed the old one and thus been liked by the majority....It is actually the result of anti incumbancy factor.People pissed off with the ruling one ,dethrone them & give chance to other hoping that the other will do less damage ....the other one come to the fore and start driving the people round the wall untill people get other opportunity of putting them off...with no better choices to pick from ,the previous one is choosen ..and the process goes on ...Hence this seemingly changes are not certainly not going to do any bit good to UP or for the fact in many states .
